NOVELTY - A platinum nanocrystal loaded three dimensional graphene is prepared by using raw materials comprising 100-1000 pts. wt. complexing agent, 1-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 100 pts. wt. potassium platinum(II) chloride and 1-10 pts. wt. reducing agent, where the complexing agent is ethylenediamine tetramethylene phosphonic acid, and the reducing agent is ammonia water. USE - Platinum nanocrystal loaded three dimensional graphene. ADVANTAGE - The platinum nanocrystal loaded three dimensional graphene has high performance, high atom utilization, better stability, and high efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing a platinum nanocrystal loaded three dimensional graphene.
