▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnesium alloy additive manufacturing wire material containing three-dimensional network graphene comprises (1) selecting the magnesium alloy system, heating and melting the alloy at a temperature higher than the melting point of the alloy by 30-100 degrees C, (2) adjusting temperature of magnesium melt to the range of 640-700 degrees C, introducing carbon dioxide CO2 gas with a flow rate of 0.1-5 l/min into the magnesium alloy melt, keeping the temperature stable during this process, converting carbon dioxide to graphene, and ensuring that the content of graphene in the magnesium alloy is 1-10 wt.% to obtain semi-solid composite melt, (3) casting the compound melt with semi-solid characteristics obtained by the reaction in step (2), to obtain a three-dimensional graphene composite ingot, (4) machining the three-dimensionally connected composite ingot of graphene obtained in step (3) and magnesium alloy wire is obtained by direct extrusion or extrusion + drawing deformation. USE - The three-dimensional network graphene-containing magnesium alloy additive is useful as a raw material for the deposition and manufacturing of magnesium alloy electron beam fuse (claimed).
