NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene loaded titanium dioxide/calcium oxide double-layer composite nano material involves adding sulfonated graphene to aqueous perchloric acid, adding ethanol solution containing ammonium sulfate, cleaning titanium metal using acetone, methanol and deionized water, placing treated titanium material in electrolyte solution, cleaning titanium plate, immersing titanium dioxide nanotubes in calcium acetate and sodium thiosulfate solution, hydrothermally reacting and immersing titanium dioxide/calcium oxide composite material in ethanol and aqueous graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene loaded titanium dioxide/calcium oxide double-layer composite nano material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene loaded titanium dioxide/calcium oxide double-layer composite nano material with enhanced electrochemical performance, high conductivity, improved photocatalytic efficiency and increased charge separation efficiency by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene loaded titanium dioxide/calcium oxide double-layer composite nano material involves adding sulfonated graphene to 4-6 mol/l aqueous perchloric acid, ultrasonically dispersing for 18-22 minutes, adding ethanol solution containing 35-45% ammonium sulfate, mixing evenly to dissolve, removing polished surface of titanium oxide layer with 2000 sandpaper, ultrasonically cleaning titanium metal using 99.5 wt.% acetone, 99.7 wt.% methanol and deionized water for 30-40 minutes, placing treated titanium material in electrolyte solution in an electrolytic cell, carrying out oxidation at 25 V direct current regulated power supply for 1.5-2 hours, ultrasonically cleaning titanium plate for 1.5-2 hours and drying, immersing the titanium dioxide nanotubes in mixed solution comprising calcium acetate and sodium thiosulfate at molar ratio of 3:2 with concentration of 1.2-1.4 mol/l, hydrothermally reacting at 160-180 degrees C for 4-5 hours, washing the product with de ionized water and drying, mixing 0.4-0.6 mol/l ethanol solution and aqueous graphene mixture at weight ratio of 3:5, immersing titanium dioxide/calcium oxide composite material in mixed solution, irradiating using 360 W UV lamp at 55-65 degrees C for 22-26 minutes, washing and drying.
