▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprises 10-30 wt.% epoxy resin composition, 10-50 wt.% acrylate copolymer, 30-50 wt.% thermally-conductive filler, 5-15 wt.% curing agent, and 1-5 wt.% photoinitiator. USE - The thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive is useful: in preparing thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive film (claimed); and in power batteries of energy vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive: has excellent flame retardancy, uniform and controllable thickness, excellent adhesion to aluminum and polyethylene terephthalate, and high shear strength, tensile strength and small-angle peel strength which reduces the probability of shear bond failure and positive adhesion failure between the power battery module and the water-cooled plate or between the battery and the module; achieves higher bond strength after heat treatment and ultraviolet exposure; and ensures the safe operation of the vehicle in the bumpy state. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: preparing thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive, comprising mixing epoxy resin composition and acrylate copolymer uniformly to obtain a mixed slurry, slowly adding thermally-conductive filler into the mixed slurry under stirring and action of the disperser, dispersing until uniform, and adding curing agent and photoinitiator to obtain final product; and preparing thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive film, comprising coating the thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive on release paper, drying at 85-90 ℃ for 1-3 minutes, curing using 365-500 nm ultraviolet light for 15-60 seconds, and compounding the layer of release paper to obtain thermally-conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive film.
