▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and 0-3 dimensional titanium dioxide are prepared and mixed in a solvent. The resultant solution is subjected to primary sonication for 10-120 minutes with energy dosage of 90-110 W at 15-30 KHz to improve crystallinity. The resultant solution is further dispersed in another solvent in weight ratio of 0.1:8-1:2, subjected to secondary sonication and dried, to obtain highly-crystalline graphene oxide-titanium dioxide composite nano-structured photocatalyst. USE - Manufacture of highly-crystalline composite nano-structured photocatalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method provides composite nano-structured photocatalyst with high crystallinity and desired surface area.
