▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material comprises a microsphere core, a three-dimensional graphene spherical shell adhered to the microsphere core, and/or film material layers adhered to the three-dimensional graphene spherical shell material. USE - Three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material is used for negative electrode/positive electrode of lithium ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material reduces defects of the electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) negative electrode, which comprises the three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material as a negative electrode material; (2) positive electrode, which comprises the three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material as a positive electrode material; (3) lithium ion battery, which comprises the negative electrode; and (4) production of three-dimensional graphene microsphere composite material, which involves preparing three-dimensional graphene microspheres using the microsphere core which is a composite material of a metal material, an oxide material, a non-metal material, a semiconductor material, a carbon material and/or an organic polymer material as a substrate, and a mixed gas of a carbon-containing gas and an additive gas as a gas source, by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) or chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, and depositing film material layers on the surface of the three-dimensional graphene microspheres. The additive gas comprises argon and hydrogen.
