▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene precursor is prepared by condensing 1,4-dicyanobenzene with 3-halobenzyl derivative to produce 1,4-bis(3-chlorophenylacetyl)benzene, oxidizing at least a portion of 1,4-bis(3-chlorophenylacetyl)benzene to produce oxidized 1,4-bis(3-chlorophenylacetyl)benzene in which methylene groups of phenyl acetyl moieties are converted to carbonyl groups, reacting with optionally substituted dibenzyl ketone to produce reacted benzene compound, and reacting at least a portion of reacted benzene compound with alkyne to convert at least one residual halo groups to ethynyl groups. USE - Preparation of graphene precursor for production of large integrated electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The method allows deposition of graphene only in specific locations on the substrate if desired for the intended final use.
