NOVELTY - Preparing sustained release preparation involves dissolving graphene oxide-hyaluronic acid-polyethylene imine compound in water to obtain a product. Aqueous solution of adriamycin is mixed with the product to obtain precipitate. The precipitate is freeze-dried to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing sustained release preparation (claimed) used for anti-tumour research. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare pH-sensitive sustained release preparation.
