NOVELTY - The preparation of PVC material, involves (1) reacting water and emulsifier, adding styrene, isooctyl acrylate, iso-butyl acrylate, hydroquinone, vinyl acetate and initiator, polymerizing, adding zinc oxide, obtaining prepolymer, (2) mixing graphene, copolymer and n-butyl acetate, removing solvent, obtaining modified graphene, (3) mixing prepolymer, graphene, PVC resin, styrene-butadiene rubber, epoxy resin, white carbon, titanium oxide, polyphenylene ester, polyolefin elastomer, lubricant, heat stabilizer, UV absorber and antistatic agent, heating, rolling into sheet, (4) packaging. USE - Preparation of PVC material used for outdoor shielding. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of PVC material under long-term UV conditions to maintain good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation of PVC material, involves (1) reacting 150-180 pts. wt. water with 4-8 pts. wt. emulsifier, stirring, adding 3-5 pts. wt. styrene, 5-10 pts. wt. isooctyl acrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. iso-butyl acrylate, 4-8 pts. wt. hydroquinone, 3-6 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, stirring, adding 6-10 pts. wt. initiator, heating, polymerizing, adding 8-12 pts. wt. zinc oxide, stirring, filtering to obtain polymer, washing filter cake with ethanol, drying, obtaining prepolymer, (2) mixing 3-6 pts. wt. graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 15-20 pts. wt. n-butyl acetate, removing solvent, obtaining modified graphene, (3) mixing prepolymer, modified graphene, 55-80 pts. wt. PVC resin, 3-5 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 2-4 pts. wt. white carbon, 1-3 pts. wt. titanium oxide, 2-4 pts. wt. polyphenylene ester, 3-6 pts. wt. polyolefin elastomer, 3-6 pts. wt. lubricant, 3-5 pts. wt. heat stabilizer, 2-4 pts. wt. UV absorber and 1-3 pts. wt. antistatic agent, heating to 115-125 degrees C, cooling, extruding at controlled temperature of 145-155 degrees C, rolling into sheet at 160-170 degrees C, (4) cooling sheet in roller., controlling roll temperature at 95-100 degrees C, cooling at 50-70 degrees C, rolling from center winder, and packaging.
