NOVELTY - A graphene substrate comprises transparent substrate surface processed by cleaning, and pool fixed by single layer graphene or graphite alkene of at least ten layers below the cell comprising tumor cell, primary nerve cell and/or neural stem cell. USE - Graphene substrate used for cell culture. ADVANTAGE - The substrate is simple, and has strong repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for substrate manufacturing method. Graphite alkene is transferred to the transparent substrate surface. Surface of graphite alkene solution pool is cleaned via organic solvent. The method further comprises washing by deionized water to remove residual substance, and performing biologically active molecule modification and serum-free culture medium of breeding to obtain graphite alkene substrate.
