▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene heating fabric prepared by (i) placing graphene slurry into electrostatic spinning machine for performing high-voltage electrostatic spinning to obtain graphene fiber filaments, (ii) spinning cotton hemp fiber yarn, and graphene fiber yarn into single strand to obtain spinning monofilament, (iii) forming non-woven fabrics by mixing woven monofilaments as raw filaments, (iv) uniformly coating the thermally conductive paste on a non-woven fabric, and static drying to obtain prefabricated thermally conductive layer, and (v) adding the prefabricated heat-conducting layer to the oven, and drying at a constant temperature until it is completely dried, is claimed. USE - Used as graphene heating fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric: solves the problems of complicated existing technology and damage to the skin; uses graphene fiber filament as inner core, and heat conductive material as surface coating layer to form integrated structure of heating and heat conduction; and is randomly cut without having to consider the problem of conductive wires. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using the graphene heating fabric, comprising cutting the graphene heating fabric according to the size requirements, then setting the metal edges on both sides of the cut fabric, and connecting the metal edges to an external power source, while the metal edges on both sides are in connected with the graphene fiber filaments in the spinning monofilament.
