NOVELTY - Modified low-density polyethylene comprises 70-90 pts. wt. low density polyethylene, 30-40 pts. wt. polyethylene oxide, 16-20 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 5-9 pts. wt. natural resin powder, 10-15 pts. wt. vinyl acetate, 10-15 pts. wt. isopropyl trititanate, 4-6 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 4-6 pts. wt. sodium bicarbonate, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. diluent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. ultraviolet absorber and 0.5-1 pts. wt. bactericide. USE - Used as modified low-density polyethylene. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene: has excellent water resistance, mechanical property and dimensional stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing modified low-density polyethylene comprising (i) selecting high speed mixer as an auxiliary tool, sterilizing at 120-160 degrees C and drying, (ii) adding low density polyethylene, polyethylene, graphene oxide, natural resin powder, vinyl acetate, isopropyl trititanate, dicumyl peroxide and sodium bicarbonate into a high-speed mixer, mixing at 45-65 degrees C at a speed of 150-200 revolutions per minute for 15-30 minutes to obtain first mixture, (iii) placing the first mixture in a heating vessel, heating, melting the first mixture, filtering the solution, removing impurities, adding antioxidant, stabilizer and diluent into the treated first mixture solution, mixing for 20-30 minutes, cooling in a sterile environment at 3-11 degrees C, and (iv) extruding resulting mixture block, granulating by a twin-screw extruder at 130-170 degrees C, spraying UV absorbers and bactericides on the surface at 120-140 revolution per minute to obtain final product.
