NOVELTY - Composition comprises a solvent, a hydrophilic polymer crosslinking agent, a precursor of graphene nanosheets, a surfactant, and a hydrophilic polymer. USE - The composition is useful for preparing hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared controllable and adjustable hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold has better mechanical properties, scaffold structure and hole shape. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold obtained by gelation of the composition; (2) method for preparing the hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold, comprising preparing the composition, and undergoing a high-pressure micro-jet processing step and a three-dimensional printing (specifically, PAM-based three-dimensional printing); and (3) coated modified hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold, where the hydrophilic polymer hydrogel scaffold outer surface is coated with a modified polymer layer, preferably, the thickness of the coating layer is 0.2-0.6 mm, the modified polymer is polycaprolactone (PCL) and/or polyurethane (TPU).
