NOVELTY - Polyethylene-based fishing net composite material comprises 200-300 pts. wt. polyamide chips, 20-30 pts. wt. modified polyethylene fiber, 10-15 pts. wt. dicumyl peroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. anti-fouling filler, 1-3 pts. wt. compatibilizer and 0.5-1 pts. wt. antioxidant. The polyethylene-based fishing net composite material is prepared by adding polyamide chips, dicumyl peroxide, compatibilizer and antioxidant into the reactor, heating and maintaining the temperature of the reactor at 260-290 degrees C, and mixing for 20-40 minutes under the condition of 300-400r/min to obtain the first mixture, adding modified polyethylene fiber and anti-fouling filler to the first mixture, and mixing for 20 minutes under the condition of the same speed to obtain the second mixture, transferring the second mixture to a twin-screw extruder for extruding and pelletizing. The four-stage heating method is used during extrusion. USE - Polyethylene-based fishing net composite material. ADVANTAGE - The polyethylene-based fishing net composite material has good mechanical properties, high anti-fouling performance and aging resistance. The temperature of the four sections is controlled to be 235-238 degrees C, 240-243 degrees C, 246-248 degrees C, 250-252 degrees C, and finally pellets are prepared, which is the polyethylene-based fishing net composite material.
