NOVELTY - Preparation of coating material involves adding nano cellulose whisker dispersion to zirconium dioxide-cerium oxide-glass ionomer cement composite powder, ultrasonically processing at 400 W for 30-35 minutes, calcining at 78-82 degrees C for 20-24 hours, mixing with 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. nano titanium dioxide particles and 0.2-0.4 pt. wt. antibacterial agent, adding 16-20 pts. wt. anhydrous ethanol, mixing, evaporating, adding 5-10 pts. wt. glass ionomer cement solution, mixing, obtaining antibacterial composite material, adding 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. anionic surfactant to 90-110 pts. wt. deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding graphene nano sheets, filtering, washing with water, drying at 80-83 degrees C for 20-24 hours, grinding to obtain surface-modified graphene nano sheets, adding 90-100 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder to high-speed mixer, stirring for 1-2 minutes, adding surface-modified graphene nano sheet, and mixing with antibacterial composite material. USE - Preparation of coating material used for ophthalmic lens. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of coating material having excellent abrasion resistance, antibacterial property, frictional characteristics, adhesiveness and mechanical property.
