▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An encapsulation film is formed by stacking at least one bilayer comprising a thin layer containing graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide and an organic polymer layer. USE - Encapsulation film. Uses include but are not limited to electronic device, optical device, optical electronic device, light-emitting device, organic light-emitting diode, organic semiconductor device, liquid crystal display, solar cell apparatus, thin film sensor, etc. ADVANTAGE - The encapsulation film provides device having excellent stability, durability and electrical properties, prevents penetration of oxygen and moisture into the device, and is manufactured economically with excellent productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for formation of encapsulation film, which involves forming a bilayer containing thin layer comprising graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide and organic polymer layer on a porous base, and transferring the bilayer on a surface of the device. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an encapsulation film.
