NOVELTY - Graphene-modified rigid foam plastic comprises 0.32-0.64 wt.% boron-doped graphene, 0.24-0.42 wt.% nano calcium carbonate, 0.15-0.35 wt.% sulfonated cellulose nano whiskers, 3.10-3.80 wt.% plasticizer, 5.20-7.80 wt.% foaming agent, 0.48-0.72 wt.% silicone foam stabilizer and rest is polystyrene resin. USE - Graphene-modified rigid foam plastic. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified rigid foam plastic improves the safety and stability of the hard foam plastic, ensures the wear-resistant performance and scratch resistance of the hard foam plastic and reduces damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a graphene-modified rigid foam plastic, which involves: (A) weighing boron-doped graphene, nano calcium carbonate, sulfonated cellulose nano whiskers, plasticizer, foaming agent, silicone foam stabilizer and polystyrene resin; (B) mixing polystyrene resin with a quarter weight of boron-doped graphene, nano-calcium carbonate, and sulfonated cellulose nano-whiskers, and then put them all into the modified, carrying out modification and dispersing treatment in the powder machine to obtain modified polystyrene resin mixture; (C) adding the foaming agent and one-quarter portion boron-doped graphene, nano calcium carbonate, and sulfonated cellulose nano whiskers to 5 times deionized water, heating and mixing, stirring for 30-40 minutes, the heating temperature is 50-60 degrees C, performing ultrasonic vibration treatment while heating, mixing and stirring treatment to prepare modified foaming agent mixture; (D) adding the organosilicon foam stabilizer and one-fourth portion of boron-doped graphene, nano-calcium carbonate, and sulfonated cellulose nano-whiskers into 5 times deionized water, heating, mixing and stirring treatment for 20-30 minutes, the heating temperature is 40-50 degrees C, performing ultrasonic vibration treatment while heating, mixing and stirring treatment to prepare a modified silicone foam stabilizer mixture; and (E) combining the plasticizer, mixing modified polystyrene resin mixture, modified foaming agent mixture prepared, modified organic resin mixture, silicon foam stabilizer mixture and the remaining boron-doped graphene, nano-calcium carbonate, and sulfonated cellulose nano-whiskers at a high speed, and are hot-pressed to product.
