▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide reinforced modified phenolic foam, comprises, (i) mixing isophorone diisocyanate and polyethylene glycol, then adding solvent and catalyst, and raising the temperature to 60-80 degrees C to obtain isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer, (ii) mixing the isocyanate-terminated polyurethane prepolymer prepared in step (i) and graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and reacting oxygen-containing functional group in the graphene oxide with the isocyanate group in the prepolymer to obtain covalently bonded graphene oxide-polyurethane prepolymer, and (iii) combining the covalently bonded graphene oxide-polyurethane prepolymer prepared in step (ii) with resole phenolic resin, surfactant, foaming agent and curing agent, stirring and mixing, then pouring into a mold, and closing the mold for foaming, curing, and aging to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide-reinforced modified phenolic foam.
