▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Halide perovskite composite film in which halide perovskite is dispersed in a photocurable resin. USE - The film is useful in energy harvesting device. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple; and does not required chemical interfacial reaction. The film has uniform surface and high energy conversion efficiency. The device converts wasted energy into electrical energy and exhibits high piezoelectric output. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing a halide perovskite composite film comprising (a) dispersing halide perovskite in a photocurable resin to prepare a halide perovskite dispersion, (b) coating the halide perovskite dispersion on a substrate, and (c) curing the halide perovskite coating by irradiating light; and (2) energy harvesting device comprising a board, a lower electrode layer positioned on the substrate, a halide perovskite composite layer positioned on the lower electrode layer, where the halide perovskite is dispersed in a photocurable resin, and an upper electrode layer located on the halide perovskite composite layer.
