NOVELTY - The structure has a chromatographic column whose inner wall is coated with a zinc oxide thin film that is covered with a nano graphene thin film and a zinc oxide film. The graphene thin film is formed with a transition layer. The graphene thin film is made of grapheme material and graphene oxide material. The chromatographic column is provided with a quartz capillary chromatographic column, a metal thin pipe chromatographic column and a mems micro- chromatographic column. USE - Graphene and zinc oxide based chromatographic column fixing phase structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure reduces graphene-nano-material coating problem, increases stability, and has low cost, high production efficiency and wide application range.
