▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing graphene oxide by microwave one-step dry method involves using expandable graphite as a raw material. The solid exfoliating oxidant and rare earth catalyst are added in proportion, mixed and irradiated in a microwave oven to make graphene oxide. The solid stripping oxidant is any one or a combination of solid hydrogen peroxide, bleaching powder, sodium hypochlorite, persulfate, peroxodisulfate and sodium bismuthate. The rare earth catalyst is a rare earth oxide selected from cerium oxide, barium oxide, praseodymium oxide, and niobium oxide. The mass ratio of the expandable graphite to the solid exfoliating oxidant is 100:3-10. The rare earth catalyst accounts for 2-0.5 wt.% of the mass of the expandable graphite. USE - Method for producing graphene oxide by microwave one-step dry method. ADVANTAGE - The method is environment friendly, has green mass production, and achieves a controllable carbon oxygen, which has considerable commercial value for future applications.
