NOVELTY - A graphene-oxide-supported benzene quinaprilcomplex comprises graphene oxide and benzene quinapril The surface of graphene oxide contains hydroxyl, carbonyl, carboxyl and/or epoxy groups. benzene quinapril is adsorbed on the surface of graphene oxide molecule. USE - Graphene-oxide-supported benzene quinapril complex is used as controlled release carrier of benzene quinapril (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-oxide-supported benzene quinapril complex is high in supporting rate. The action time of benzene quinapril is prolonged by application of the complex, and frequency of medication is reduced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-oxide-supported benazepril complex, which involves preparing graphene oxide solution and benazepril solution, mixing both solutions in a volume ratio of 1:0.5-2, oscillating overnight, centrifuging the mixed solution at 3000-10000 rpm, precipitating, and freeze-drying.
