NOVELTY - Nano-composite photocatalytic material comprises nano-titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel, graphene oxide particles attached to the surface of the titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel, and bismuth vanadate nanoparticles attached to the surface of the graphene oxide particles and the surface of the titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel. USE - As nano-composite photocatalytic material. ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite photocatalytic material effectively extends the life of carriers generated by photocatalysis, prevents the recombination of holes and electrons, and greatly improves high catalytic efficiency through the composite of nano-titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel, graphene oxide particles and bismuth vanadate nano-particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the nano-composite photocatalytic material comprising (a) attaching the graphene oxide particles on the surface of the nano-titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel, and (b) adhering bismuth vanadate nanoparticles on the surface of the graphene oxide particles and the surface of the titanium dioxide nanofiber aerogel.
