NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/copper composite deformation copper-chromium-zirconium alloy layered strip comprises (i) subjecting bulk copper-chromium-zirconium alloy to solid solution treatment, and subjecting the alloy after solid solution to room temperature iso-channel extrusion and low temperature rolling; (ii) configuring graphene/copper composite deposition solution and performing surface electrodeposition; (iii) stacking the composite strip in 3-7 layers, and cold rolling, where the rolling deformation is 65-95%, and the single rolling amount is 5-10%; and (iv) vacuum-aging the composite strip. USE - Preparation method of copper-chromium-zirconium alloy layered belt material with composite deformation of graphene/copper. Uses include but are not limited to electronic information, new energy automobile, aerospace and aviation fields. ADVANTAGE - The layered graphene composite copper-chromium-zirconium deformed belt material has excellent comprehensive performance, and is applied to the lead frame, integrated circuit, and precise electronic component.
