▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing baking-free inorganic composite film, comprises placing fly ash, sodium hydroxide and deionized water into a stirring device and stirring to obtain two uniform geopolymer slurry respectively, filling and covering the first geopolymer slurry on the pores and surface of a stainless steel screen by dipping-pulling method and curing to obtain composite film support, dispersing graphene oxide in the second part of geopolymer slurry by the action of ultrasonic wave and vigorous stirring under ice water bath condition to obtain mixed slurry, ultrasonic defoaming, then uniformly coating the mixed slurry on the surface of the inorganic composite film support by dip coating, and then heat curing to obtain final product, where the mass ratio between deionized water and fly ash is 0.4-0.8, the ratio between water and sodium is 5:2, and the amount of graphene oxide used in the second part of geopolymer slurry is 0.1-0.2 wt.%. USE - The method is useful for preparing baking-free inorganic composite film. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and feasible; has low cost; does not requires high temperature sintering; and prepares inorganic composite film with low cost.
