▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electrochemical sensor based on silicon carbide/graphene material comprises three-electrode system. The silicon electrode modified by silicon carbide/graphene material is used as working electrode. The saturated calomel electrode is reference electrode. The platinum plate electrode is counter electrode. The surface of silicon electrode modified by silicon carbide/graphene material is covered with a silicon carbide/graphene composite film. The silicon carbide/graphene composite film is obtained by densely arranging dendritic silicon carbide nano whiskers perpendicular to substrate, and multilayer graphene distributed on the silicon carbide grain boundary and the surface of film, and there is coherent pore structure between the silicon carbide nano whiskers. USE - Electrochemical sensor based on silicon carbide/graphene material used for detecting dopamine (claimed) in presence of ascorbic acid and uric acid in cardiovascular, hormone, kidney and central nervous system. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor uses electro-catalysis oxidation to realize quantitative analysis of dopamine which has a wider linear detection range and a low detection limit, and has excellent selectivity, repeatability and repeatability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrochemical sensor, which involves using substrate and precursor.
