NOVELTY - Mineral ion activated water which is obtained by mixing 100 pts. wt. water, natural inorganic minerals in a size of 350-400 mesh, and 15 pts. wt. pulverized fine powder, stirring and filtering the mixture at 45-60° C, mixing at least two mineral liquid water and diluting with water 20 times. USE - The mineral ion activated water is useful for mineral ion wet tissue (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The mineral ion activated water can be mass-produced at low price. The wet tissue has strong sterilization effect while being harmless to human body by combining with graphene polymer nonwoven fabric, and is environmentally-friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: mineral ion wet tissue comprising mineral ion active water in a graphene polymer nonwoven fabric; and producing mineral ion activated water, comprising (a) preparing a fine powder by pulverizing natural inorganic minerals to a size of 350-500 mesh, (b) preparing primary mineral liquid water by adding 15 pts. wt. fine powder to 100 pts. wt. water, stirring and filtering at 45-60° C for 25-30 minutes, and (c) mixing primary mineral liquid water and diluting it with water 20 times.
