▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method of preparing a lithium battery involves: providing a lithium battery anode, where an active material of the anode is lithium manganate or lithium iron phosphate; dispersing nano aluminum oxide, nano zirconium oxide and a conductive agent in an organic solvent in which a binder is dissolved to obtain an oxide coating solution; providing a lithium sheet cathode, coating the coating liquid on the surface of the lithium sheet cathode, and drying to obtain an oxide coating, where the thickness of the oxide coating is 5-8 microns; superposing the anode and the cathode clamping diaphragms to prepare a battery core; arranging the battery core in the shell, and injecting an electrolyte comprising 1,3-diethyl-2-imidazolidinone and 1, 3-propane sultone as additives; and charging the battery to a charge cut-off voltage, and then aging for a predetermined time at 55-60degrees Celsius. USE - Preparation method of lithium battery used in field of micro-battery for providing electric energy for long-term used electric appliance such as signal emitter. ADVANTAGE - The lithium battery has extremely high energy density, storage performance, and good safety performance. It has almost lossless charging and discharging efficiency when using nano-alumina and zirconia as mixed oxide as oxide coating on the surface of the lithium sheet, compared the other oxide coating, which can greatly reduce the problem of the surface diameter of lithium sheet. The lithium sheet as the cathode can obtain a large energy density and has very high rate capability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the lithium battery produced by the above method.
