NOVELTY - A wear resistant and oil resistant insulating coating comprises 41-42 pts. wt. silica gel powder, 27-28 pts. wt. acrylic resin, 19-20 pts. wt. butyronitrile rubber, 12-13 pts. wt. oxalic acid polyester, 23-24 pts. wt. modified graphene, 7-9 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. dispersant, 1.7-1.8 pts. wt. additive, 1.1-1.2 pts. wt. antioxidant 4020, 4-5 pts. wt. drier, 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. mildew preventive agent, 1.6-1.7 pts. wt. anti-precipitating agent and 0.8-0.9 pt. wt. anti-rust agent. The modified graphene is prepared by taking 7.5-8 pts. wt. graphene and 11.5-12 pts. wt. of 1.3-1.4 mmol/L nitrous acid, adding sodium nitrite solution and 16.5-17 pts. wt. n-hexanol, stirring at rate of 116-119 revolutions/minute (rpm) for 1.3-1.5 hours, adding 1.3-1.4 pts. wt. of 96-98 wt.% sulfuric acid solution, heating at 64-65 degrees C, stirring at rate of 115-120 rpm for 1.3-1.4 hours, cooling to 23-24 degrees C, centrifuging at rate of 3580-3600 rpm, taking 4-5 pts. wt. acetone, 5-7 pts. wt. vitamin C, 7-8 pts. wt. nitroaniline, mixing, standing for 21-21.5 hours, ultrasonic dispersing for 1.6-1.7 hours, adding prepared raw material, ultrasonic dispersing at frequency of 38-39 KHz and power of 1200-1230 W, filtering, and drying.
