NOVELTY - Manufacturing anti-overcharge low-temperature-rate type negative pole piece involves mixing uniformly composite additive slurry and negative electrode slurry, or coating composite additive slurry and negative electrode slurry layer, obtaining electrode current collector after coating, drying electrode current collector after coating, and pressing to obtain anti-overcharge low-temperature rate type negative pole piece, where composite additive slurry comprises 0.1-4 wt.% anti-overcharge additive, 1-6 wt.% conductive additive, 1-6 wt.% heat-conducting additive, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant and balance solvent; anti-overcharge additive is 1,4-di-tert.-butyl-2,5-dimethoxy benzene; dispersant is composite of titanate coupling agent and polyvinylpyrrolidone. USE - Method for manufacturing an anti-over-charge low-temperature-rate type negative pole piece used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepared anti-overcharge low-temperature rate type negative pole piece with excellent low-temperature discharge performance, rate discharge performance and good anti-over-charge and safety performance of lithium ion battery.
