▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of highly self-polarized polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and its copolymer materials involves dissolving a raw material powder into dimethyl formamide (DMF), stirring for 12-24 hours to dissolve, quickly pouring the mixed solution into a large amount of deionized water to obtain a flocculent solution, carrying out suction filtration of the mixture by using PVDF filter paper, and drying the mixture to obtain a self-polarized product. The raw material powder is polymer powder or a mixture of the polymer powder and filler. The polymer powder is PVDF powder or PVDF copolymer powder. The filler is zinc sulfide or reduced graphene oxide-polyethylenimine powder. The feeding ratio of the polymer powder to DMF is 1 g :100 mL. USE - Preparation of highly self-polarized polyvinylidene fluoride and its copolymer materials used in dye degradation, piezoelectric catalysis to produce hydrogen peroxide and piezoelectric luminescence (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, low energy consumption and is easy for industrial production. The PVDF and its copolymer powder prepared by the method have β phase of more than 90%. The β phase content plays an important role in the conversion of mechanical energy into electrical energy. The self-polarized PVDF powder can promote adsorption and degradation of dye pollutants, preparation efficiency of hydrogen peroxide under ultrasonic machinery, and effective luminescence under finger-level rubbing can be ensured by mixing the powder with zinc sulfide. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the highly self-polarized polyvinylidene fluoride and its copolymer, which comprises self-polarized PVDF and its copolymer materials, self-polarized reduced graphene oxide-polyethylenimine powder/PVDF and its copolymer materials, self-polarized zinc sulfide/PVDF and its copolymer materials.
