▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves preparing a few layers of graphene and hexagonal boron nitride nano sheets. The organic small molecules are dissolved in a solvent A. The graphite powder and hexagonal boron nitride powder are added. The filter cake is filtered and dried under vacuum to obtain a few layers of graphene and hexagonal boron nitride nano sheets. The graphene-hexagonal boron nitride heterostructure material is prepared. The few layers of graphene and nitride nano sheets are dispersed in a solvent B to obtain a mixed solution. The supernatant is discarded to obtain a solid precipitate. USE - Method for preparing graphene-hexagonal boron nitride heterostructure material. ADVANTAGE - The new research idea and a technical scheme provided for large-scale preparation of the graphene-like two-dimensional material are achieved.
