DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive glass fiber comprising (1) mixing a glass fiber source sol-gel forming material with an electrostatic spinning aid to obtain a cortex glass fiber precursor stock solution, dispersing a conductive material source into a sol material to prepare a core layer conductive material precursor stock solution, (2) extruding a conductive material precursor stock solution through an inner needle tube, extruding the glass fiber precursor stock solution through an outer needle tube, performing coaxial electrostatic spinning, and collecting and drafting to prepare primary fibers, and (3) drying the primary fibers, and performing heat treatment to obtain conductive glass fibers.
