NOVELTY - The graphene peeling device has a peeling box (1), a heating box (2), a box cover (3) and a circulation mechanism. A heating box is fixedly connected to the bottom of the peeling box. A box cover is fixedly installed on the top of the peeling box. A cavity is formed in the peeling box. A vent pipe is fixedly installed at the lower end of the inside of the peeling box. An air nozzle is fixedly connected to the vent pipe. A first switch valve (8) is fixedly installed on a delivery pipe (7). A filter sleeve is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one side of the circulation box. A filter screen is slidably installed on the filter sleeve. A pull plate (29) is fixedly connected to one side of the filter screen. The pull plate is slidably mounted on the circulation box. An air pump (21) is fixedly installed in the filter sleeve. One side of the bottom end of the circulation box is fixedly penetrated with a drain pipe (22). A third switch valve (23) is fixedly installed on the drain pipe. USE - Graphene peeling device. ADVANTAGE - The inert gas is introduced into the cavity through the upper conveying pipe to increase the thermal insulation of the peeling box. The circulating cold water is introduced into the cavity through the conveying pipe at the lower end after the stripping is finished, and circulating mechanism is used to quickly cool the solution. The water vapor is introduced into the breather pipe through the air pump and emerges from the air nozzle, so as to achieve the purpose of stirring the bottom solution, and whole circulation process is internal circulation, which is not polluted by external air. The cold water is heated during the circulation process, which effectively recovers heat energy and reduces resource waste.
