NOVELTY - A composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate having a number average molecular weight of 15000-21000, 1-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. basalt fiber having a thickness of 0.1-0.7 mm and length of 10-100, 1-5 pts. wt. phenol-based stabilizer comprising phenyl-containing compounds (II)-(IV), 100 pts. wt. polyhexamethylenediamine adipamide having a number average molecular weight of 13000-20000, 30-50 pts. wt. polylaurolactam having a number average molecular weight of 13000-20000, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 10-25 pts. wt. lyocell fibers. The polyethylene terephthalate is prepared by polymerizing 100 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 50-80 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 30-50 pts. wt. sulfonate (I). USE - Composition used for manufacturing polyamide nonwoven fabric for forming for functional clothing fibers (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition produces polyamide nonwoven fabric having excellent strength, heat deformation resistance, UV protection and flame retardance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A composition comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate having a number average molecular weight of 15000-21000, 1-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 5-15 pts. wt. basalt fiber having a thickness of 0.1-0.7 mm and length of 10-100, 1-5 pts. wt. phenol-based stabilizer comprising phenyl-containing compounds of formulae (II)-(IV), 100 pts. wt. polyhexamethylenediamine adipamide having a number average molecular weight of 13000-20000, 30-50 pts. wt. polylaurolactam having a number average molecular weight of 13000-20000, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 10-25 pts. wt. lyocell fibers. The polyethylene terephthalate is prepared by polymerizing 100 pts. wt. terephthalic acid, 50-80 pts. wt. ethylene glycol and 30-50 pts. wt. sulfonate of formula (I). R = 1-12C alkyl, alkenyl, or ester. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) polyamide nonwoven fabric, which comprises polyester fiber and polyamide fiber in a mass ratio of 1:0.3-0.6. The polyester fiber comprises 100 pts. wt. polyethylene terephthalate. The polyamide fiber comprises 100 pts. wt. polyhexamethylenediamine adipamide, 30-50 pts. wt. polylaurolactam, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 10-25 pts. wt. lyocell fibers; and (2) manufacture of polyamide nonwoven fabric, which involves preparing polyethylene terephthalate, mixing 1-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 5-15 pts. wt. basalt fiber with respect to 100 pts. wt. of the composition at 180-200 degrees C, mixing 1-5 pts. wt. phenol-based stabilizer at 200-230 degrees C, preparing polyester pellets by extruding the mixture, cooling, drying the mixture at 50-70 degrees C for 3-5 hours, mixing 100 pts. wt. polyhexamethylenediamine adipamide, 30-50 pts. wt. polylaurolactam, 0.1-2 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 10-25 pts. wt. lyocell fibers at 230-260 degrees C, extruding the mixture, cooling, drying the mixture at 70-80 degrees C for 3-5 hours to prepare polyamide pellets, melting the polyester pellets and polyamide pellets at 230-240 degrees C, mixing and spinning to form a fiber web, and spraying a silane adhesive comprising oxirane-containing compound of formula (V) on the fiber web.
