▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves immersing the three-dimensional braided short fibers in liquid fused silica, where the three-dimensional braided short fibers are silicon dioxide fibers and aluminum oxide fibers, leaving the mixture still for 5-20 minutes, performing vacuum annealing time for 2-5 hours to obtain annealed short fiber braided composite material, and processing block-shaped ceramic matrix composite material into flakes. The graphene is grown on the surface of the flaky short fiber braided composite material by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) method to obtain a graphene-reinforced composite material used as an intermediate layer to assist brazing. The composite material to be welded, the brazing filler metal foil, the graphene reinforced intermediate layer, the brazing filler metal foil and the metal to be welded are stacked in sequence during the brazing process, and placed in a vacuum furnace for brazing, and finally cooled with the furnace. USE - Method for assisting brazing of ceramic-based composite material and metal used for advanced aero-engines, space and fusion power reactors in aerospace, machinery, automobile and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem that the current ceramic and metal thermal expansion coefficient does not match the large residual stress of the brazing joint, the introduction amount of the ceramic reinforcing phase is small, and the problem of the welding seam brittle is exacerbated.
