NOVELTY - Producing reduced graphene oxide comprises: forming a cathode on a conductive substrate; dipping the cathode in an electrolyte containing an anode with a base; and applying voltage to the cathode and the anode for reduction of the graphene oxide. USE - The method is useful for producing reduced graphene oxide (claimed) that is used to produce a graphene sheet. ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of quickly and economically producing the reduced graphene oxide at room temperature and ambient pressure.
