NOVELTY - High-toughness high-adhesive C220 high-strength hybrid fiber concrete comprises 535-540 pts. wt. cement, 735-740 pts. wt. sand, 880-890 pts. wt. gravel, 70-75 pts. wt. fly ash, 90-100 pts. wt. straw ash, 100-105 pts. wt. silicon ash, 4.8-5 pts. wt. nano-silicon, 85-90 pts. wt. water, 17.5-18.5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 15-15.5 pts. wt. excitant, 2.6-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 6.7-7 pts. wt. shrinkage reducing agent, 12-13 pts. wt. ramie fiber, 12.5-12.7 pts. wt. basalt fiber, 19.2-19.5 pts. wt. calcium carbonate crystal whisker, 36-39 pts. wt. nano titanium/graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 21-22 pts. wt. carboxy modified polyvinyl alcohol polymer. USE - Used as high-toughness high-adhesive C220 high-strength hybrid fiber concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete: has improved concrete mechanics, durability and bonding performance with section steel.
