▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An alumina-based sulfur recovery catalyst comprises 80-90 pts. wt. porous metal oxide having particle diameter of 50-100 mu m, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 10-16 pts. wt. iron oxide and 8-12 pts. wt. copper oxide. The porous metal oxide is porous activated alumina particles loaded with palladium oxide and/or vanadium pentoxide. USE - Alumina-based sulfur recovery catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst has improved catalytic activity and high catalytic efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the alumina-based sulfur recovery catalyst, which involves dissolving separately ferric sulfate and copper sulfate in water to prepare solution of ferric sulfate and copper sulfate, ultrasonically dispersing graphene in 10-20 %mass aqueous ammonia, adding porous metal oxide and mixing to obtain mixed solution, adding copper sulfate solution and ferric sulfate solution to mixed solution in drops, ultrasonically processing, adding ammonium bicarbonate to the solution until no more precipitate is produced in the solution, washing precipitate 3-5 times with deionized water, filtering, drying at 80-120 degrees C for 35-50 minutes, and drying at 480-530 degrees C for 2-4 hours.
