▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Transferring graphene to target substrate involves depositing graphene on the first substrate, covering the graphene with buffer layer and adhering heat release adhesive tape on buffer layer. The graphene containing substrate is immersed in etching solution for removing the first substrate under graphene layer. The first substrate removed graphene is overlaid on a target substrate. The heat release adhesive tape is heated to lose its viscosity, and then removed. The graphene on target substrate is soaked in solution to remove the buffer layer to complete the transfer of graphene. USE - Method for transferring graphene to target substrate used to obtain multilayer graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to transfer graphene to target substrate which is easy to process in a quick manner and convenient, and reduces the size of folds on micro-sized graphene and provides good foundation for preparing graphene device.
