▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode material is spherical particles containing 20-79 wt.% dehydrogenized acrylonitrile-based polymer, 20-79 wt.% sulfur and 1-30 wt.% graphene nanosheet. USE - Material is used for cathode for lithium-sulfur battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The cathode material is manufactured with high efficiency, and provides lithium-sulfur battery with excellent charge and discharge performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cathode material, which involves dispersing 0.05-0.2 pts. wt. graphene nanosheet in water, homogenizing the dispersion, adding 1-2 pts. wt. acrylonitrile-based polymer with a particle size of 10-500 nm, homogenizing the suspension and drying the homogenized suspension by a spray drying process to obtain spherical secondary particles with a particle size of 1-20 mu m, mixing 5-20 pts. wt. sulfur with obtained spherical secondary particles by pestle-milling, heating the mixture in a protective atmosphere, and cooling at ambient temperature.
