NOVELTY - The detector has detector main body provided with a photosensitive material and an electrode. The photosensitive material is selected as a self- support reduction-oxidation graphene film. The electrode is selected as a metal electrode. The self-supporting reduced oxidation graphene film is determined to be in a suspending state. The metal electrode and the self-supporting reduced oxidation graphene film are connected with each other to form the detector main body. USE - Ultra-wide spectrum light detector. ADVANTAGE - The detector is simple to manufacture, and has low manufacturing cost. The detector is working in room temperature, and has wide detecting range so as to realize terahertz detection spectrum range of an UV, thus improving response speed of terahertz spectrum space. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a self-supporting reduced oxidation graphene film preparing method.
