▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Three-dimensional printed conductive thermoplastic polyurethane pattern structure comprises: a core pattern output as a predetermined pattern from a three-dimensional printer; and a conductive coating layer formed by coating a conductive coating solution (prepared by adding graphene to an anionic castor oil-based aqueous dispersion polyurethane (CWPU) solution dispersed in water) on the surface of the core pattern. The core pattern is made of thermoplastic polyurethane material in the form of a mesh sheet in which a specific auxetic pattern is regularly repeated. USE - Used as three-dimensional printed conductive thermoplastic polyurethane pattern structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has excellent mechanical and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the conductive thermoplastic polyurethane pattern structure, comprising (i) preparing the anionic CWPU solution, (ii) adding graphene to the anionic CWPU solution dispersed in water to obtain conductive coating solution, and (iii) coating the conductive coating layer on the surface of the core pattern by dip coating the core pattern output from the three-dimensional printer in the conductive coating solution.
