NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, (ii) taking catalyst and dispersing in deionized water to obtain catalyst dispersion, (iii) mixing graphene oxide dispersion, (iv) adding reducing agent, dispersing, and carrying out reduction reaction at room temperature to obtain crude product, and (v) magnetically separating, dialyzing and processing. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of graphene composite material comprising (i) dispersing graphene oxide composite material in deionized water to obtain graphene oxide composite material dispersion, (ii) taking catalyst and dispersing in deionized water to obtain catalyst dispersion, (iii) mixing graphene oxide composite material dispersion, (iv) adding reducing agent, dispersing, and carrying out reduction reaction at room temperature to obtain crude product, and(v) magnetically separating and dialyzing.
