NOVELTY - One-step non-woven fabric substrate graphene heating film comprises heating film layer (1). The heating film layer is pressure-covered with copper film (2). The copper film is provided with an upper insulating layer (3). The lower insulating layer (4) is provided under the heating film layer, and waterproof film (5) is provided outside the upper insulating layer and lower insulating layer. USE - One-step non-woven fabric substrate graphene heating film. ADVANTAGE - The one-step non-woven fabric substrate graphene heating film is convenient and flexible to use, conducive to mass production, has high efficiency, enhances the product flexibility, tensile strength, high temperature resistance characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing one-step non-woven fabric base graphene heating film, which involves: (A) pouring the raw materials of 5% graphene slurry, 65% polyurethane water-based resin, 25% graphite tube slurry and 5% mixed solvent into stirred tank and stirring for 10 minutes at speed of 1440 revolution per minute/minute, taking out the mixed raw materials after stirring, and grinding 3 times with three-roll machine to obtain graphene slurry, immersing non-woven fabric in graphene slurry using high-precision coating machine, tape running to the coating blade, coating blade scraping the excess slurry to the hopper to control the thickness of the heating film, feeding the non-woven fabric coated with graphene slurry into first drying oven at temperature of 100 degrees C to make product, entering semi-cured state; and (B) entering copper film pressing area, pressure roller pressing the copper film on the surface of the heating film, immersing the product in the second-stage oven, temperature of the oven is 120 degrees C to accelerate the curing of the product, pressing upper insulating layer, lower insulating layer and waterproof membrane on the product to obtain non-woven fabric substrate graphene heating film.
