NOVELTY - Preparing aerogel with double-oriented network comprises (a) mixing filler, polymer agglomerant and water in ratio of 1:0.01-0.05:3-50 to obtain the filler mixture, (b) placing the double-orientation molding device in a low-temperature refrigeration medium in advance, adding filler mixture into the double-orientation molding device, performing freezing treatment to form a frozen mixture, performing freeze-drying treatment to obtain an air gel precursor and (c) sintering and heat-treating the air gel precursor to obtain an aerogel, where the double orientation molding device is a container including metal cylindrical ring and a gasket located at the bottom of the metal cylindrical ring. USE - The aerogel is used as a heat-conducting composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has wide range of materials; enables aerogel structure with distinct double-orientation characteristics; is simple; has mild reaction conditions, high yield; controls the anisotropy coefficient of the aerogel and has good application prospects in many fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a aerogel with double-oriented network, which is prepared by the above method; and a system for preparing an aerogel of a dual orientation network comprising a double orientation forming device, which is the container including metal cylindrical ring and the gasket is positioned at the bottom of metal cylindrical ring, preferably the system further comprises low temperature refrigerating medium including liquid nitrogen or liquid helium, the system further comprises a freeze-drying device, a sintering device and a mixing device. The metal in the metal cylindrical ring is any metal substance that does not react chemically with water at normal temperature. The length ratio of the outer diameter to the height of the metal cylindrical ring is 0.25-4:1. The height of the metal cylindrical ring is 1-5 cm. The wall thickness of the metal cylindrical ring is 50-500 µm. The gasket is prepared by curing a polymer matrix comprises epoxy resin, polyurethane, phenolic resin, unsaturated polyester, amino resin, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene and/or polysiloxanes, the diameter of the polymer circular gasket is equal to the inner diameter of the metal cylindrical ring and the length ratio of the thickness of the polymer circular gasket to the height of the metal cylindrical ring is 0.01-0.5:1.
