NOVELTY - The transistor has a transistor main body provided with a substrate, a gate dielectric layer and a graphene/carbon nanotube composite absorption layer. The graphite/carbon nanotube composite absorption layer is provided with a graphene layer and a carbon nano-tube layer. The graphene layer is connected with the gate dielectric layer. Two ends of the graphene layer are provided with a source electrode and a drain electrode. The carbon nano-tube layer is separately connected with the source electrode and the drain electrode, where the substrate is made of semiconductor material. USE - Graphene-based carbon nano-tube composite absorption layer artificial synapse transistor for an intelligent optical nerve system.
