▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene/nano-silver epoxy conductive adhesive is prepared by mixing graphite with accelerator and organic solvent, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment, centrifuging, taking the suspension liquid, and distilling; dissolving epoxy resin with precursor in organic solvent, stirring, adding graphene solution, stirring, and distilling; and adding silver sheet into composite compound of graphene-nano-silver epoxy resin, and subjecting to ultrasonic wave. USE - Method of preparing a graphene/nano-silver epoxy conductive adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The method guarantees that graphene/nano-silver composite compound is uniformly dispersed in epoxy matrix, prevents aggregation of prepared graphene after being added into epoxy resin, utilizes nano-silver that can be sintered at low temperature, and improves conductive property and bonding strength of conductive adhesive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene/nano-silver epoxy conductive adhesive is prepared by: (A) mixing (pts. wt.) graphite (1-5) with accelerator (20-60) and organic solvent, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment at 20-50 degrees C for 3-6 hours for 12 hours, centrifuging at a speed of 4000 revolutions/minute, taking the suspension liquid, and distilling; (B) dissolving (pts. wt.) epoxy resin (100) with precursor (10-50) in organic solvent, stirring at 20-50 degrees C for 5-30 minutes, adding graphene solution, stirring for 10-40 minutes, and distilling for 5-20 minutes; and (C) adding silver sheet (500-1000 pts. wt.) into composite compound of graphene-nano-silver epoxy resin, and subjecting to ultrasonic wave at 20-60 degrees C for 30-120 minutes.
