▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The method involves cleaning surface of an optical glass substrate (S1). A coin metal thin film layer is formed on the surface of the optical glass substrate (S2). A ray diffraction testing process of the metal thin film layer is performed. Quality of the metal thin film layer is determined. Graphene suspension solution is dropped on the surface of the optical glass substrate, where graphene suspension solution comprises graphene powder and organic solvent (S3). A drying process is performed. A surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate is formed. USE - Method for manufacturing a surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate (claimed) that is utilized for detecting micro sample substance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables avoiding requirement of substrate surface roughening process, manufacturing surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate in simple manner, reducing manufacturing cost and manufacturing time, improving sensitivity and storing the surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate in an easy manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow diagram illustrating a method for manufacturing surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate.'(Drawing includes non-English language text)' Step for cleaning surface of optical glass substrate (S1) Step for forming coin metal thin film layer on surface of optical glass substrate (S2) Step for dropping graphene suspension solution on surface of optical glass substrate (S3)
