▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing a molded body from granular and/or fibrous substrate, comprises producing an aqueous dispersion from an aqueous polymer dispersion having a glass transition temperature, and an aqueous dispersion of graphene, applying the produced aqueous dispersion on granular and/or fibrous substrate, optionally transforming granular and/or fibrous substrate applied with the aqueous dispersion into a form, and drying the treated granular and/or fibrous substrate at a temperature greater than glass transition temperature of the polymer dispersion. USE - The method is useful for producing a molded body from granular and/or fibrous substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces the molded body having improved electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing a molded body from granular and/or fibrous substrate, comprises producing an aqueous dispersion from an aqueous polymer dispersion having a glass transition temperature, and an aqueous dispersion of graphene, applying the produced aqueous dispersion on granular and/or fibrous substrate, optionally transforming granular and/or fibrous substrate applied with the aqueous dispersion into a form, and drying the treated granular and/or fibrous substrate at a temperature greater than glass transition temperature of the polymer dispersion. The weight content of graphene in the aqueous dispersion of graphene is 0.01-20 pts. wt. per 100 pts. wt. dispersion polymer. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the molded body produced using the above method; and (2) use of aqueous dispersion as binder for granular and/or fibrous substrate.
